RDS Brings on Former EMCer

Michael Inman

Revolution Data Systems, a leading provider of document management software and services, is pleased to announce the hiring of Michael Inman (Mike) as Customer Success Engineer. RDS is built around understanding our customer needs and making them successful. Welcoming Mike will extend this vision and enable us to build even deeper relationships with our clients.

Mike has spent the last decade working on the frontline of some of the highest profile ApplicationXtender (AX) installations. He will work closely with our clients to identify process improvements and ways to get more mileage out of the investment they have made in our technology.

Before joining our team, Mike worked for EMC Enterprise Content Division as a Technical Support Engineer before going on to lead the AX support team. Most recently he served as Designated Support Engineer for some of the largest and most complex ApplicationXtender clients.

In his free time, Mike and his wife Genevieve are chasing after their three young kids, and enjoying the beautiful outdoors, and cherishing the little moments of life.
