  2. Files are scanned and indexed per your instructions.

  3. Digital dental records are uploaded to your EMR/EHR or sent to you on a media of your choice.

  4. Paper records are securely destroyed, returned to your office, or stored at our record storage facility. 

Our digitization process is HIPAA compliant and adheres to your state’s policies on retention. After we scan your records, you can either securely dispose of the paper files or store them in our off-site record storage facility for a fee that's competitive with other companies around town.
