Susanna Records Joins RDS as Proposal & Client Enablement Manager

Revolution Data Systems (RDS) is proud to announce the addition of Susanna Records to our team as a Proposal & Client Enablement Manager. She brings 20 years of experience working with and advocating for local historical records.

Susanna’s education combined her love of history and writing. She holds a Heritage Resources M.A. from Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, LA, where the program delved into the backrooms of historical sites, collections, professional interests, and public participation/funding. One simple assignment, transcribing a historical document, which resulted in over a dozen completely different interpretations, first opened her eyes to the challenges that clerks’ face.

First working at Louisiana Binding Service, then Kofile, Susanna is a familiar name to many counties and municipalities across the country. Frequently assisting with building proposals and purchasing vehicles/solicitations behind-the-scenes. Based in Dallas for a decade, Susanna is back in Louisiana near family, after purchasing a dream c. 1915 Southern Greek Revival home.

Being new to RDS, it is refreshing to see such a unified team (from the executives to the lab technicians) —all thinking ‘on their feet’ and pooling experiences to gain such rapid market growth. I appreciate RDS’ commitment to standing on its own accolades and not other’s failures. I love local government clerks and recorders, as these offices are some of a communities hardest working and most passionate people. So far, my time at RDS has been a ‘big sigh of relief,’ as I am confident that RDS’ people, promises, and services will result in the same for any clients.
